Grzywacz is a strange beast. These Marys have a secretive lifestyle, so they're hard to track. They choose who they will show themselves to, emerging from the old stands where they live. They are attracted by external beauty. They feed on the sight of beauty, also reaching deep into the beautiful coatings. If the soul is also beautiful, Grzywacz will also be satisfied with it. However, if the "insight" is empty, the unfortunate person is cursed - he becomes a selfish narcissist who is unable to form deeper relationships. Therefore, from an early age, children are taught what has real value and will save them from the beasts.
Grzywacz comes from the "Jelenia Góra Bestiary", which was created out of a passion for photography, drawing and writing. Tomasz Szyrwiel supplemented his photographs with creatures hidden under the fog, and spices them up with stories that arise in the mind during photographic journeys, explaining their origin and influence on the Jelenia Góra Valley.
