Bat Blouse FURIA

"FURIA" is a women's sweatshirt design that goes well with comfortable sweatpants combined with sneakers, but also with those more elegant styles combined with high heels. Slightly lowered shoulder line, long sleeves, "bat" fashion and large neck-warmer ensure not only comfort, but also a unique style. The abundance of patterns will help every woman to find something for herself!

To sew the sweatshirt you need:
- DIY set from our store (you will find a panel with printed elements of the sweatshirt and a contrasting fabric of the inside of the neck-warmer
- multifunction machine, serger
- sewing accessories (soap, pins, scissors, seam ripper)

Before proceeding, remember - DO NOT wash the panel before sewing, and this is very important. Washing such a set before sewing can cause that after cutting the individual elements will not fit together, they will be crooked. Therefore, wash only after sewing the set.

1. Cut out the sweatshirt elements from the panel:
- 2x elements of the back of the sweatshirt
- 1x elements of the front of the sweatshirt
- 2x sleeve
- 2x neck warmer element

2. Cut two parts of the neck warmer from the contrasting color. The neck warmer is shaped like a trapezoid, its longer side is the top of the neck warmer.

3. Sew the sides of the outer part of the neck warmer and the sides of the inner part of it. Put the stitched parts one into the  other (right side to right side) and sew the top part of the neck warmer.

4. Turn the neck warmer right side out.

5. Optionally, you can add a pulling element for neck warmer. To do this, cut from the cuttings two rectangles 9x22 cm. Place the elements on top of each other right side to right side, sew the longer side, turn the element to the right side.

6. Lay the two sections of the back on top of each other right side to right side, stitching and taping the seam allowance.

7. Join the front and back of the sweatshirt by sewing the arms together.

9. Sew the side of the sweatshirt. Start at the bottom of the sleeve, finish at the bottom of the blouse. Sew the other side in the same way.

10. Place the neck warmer on the sweatshirt (neckline). Pin the sweatshirt and the neck warmer together. If you decided to have a drawstring element - add it to the front of the sweatshirt. Sew.

11. I would suggest hemming the edge of the sleeves and hem on an overlock and folding over all at once. You could also, of course, add a ribbed hem, e.g. plain or ribbed (or use the fabric offcuts as cuffs/bottom hem).bluza_furia

Done! The sweatshirt is fantastically comfortable and incredibly easy to sew!
