The offered batch of fabric has a minor defect in the form of small, delicate holes, which are visible in the third photo. The defect occurs on one side of the fabric and is mainly noticeable upon close inspection.
The fabric is still perfectly suitable for making garments. The defect does not affect its functionality, appearance or wearing comfort in the finished garment.

Due to this minor defect, the fabric is offered with a 40% discount.

The knit on the top is smooth, the bottom is finished with a nice pile. The brushed knit is incredibly soft to the touch, warm, skin-friendly, provides thermal comfort, does not scratch or stretch.
