Sweater-weave sweatshirt fabric

A unique sweater-weave sweatshirt fabric that combines the softness and comfort of sweatshirt fabric with the elegant look of a subtle sweater weave.

The fabric is reversible – the front has a flat, delicately ribbed weave reminiscent of a jumper, whilst the reverse is smooth, soft and pleasant to the touch. The fabric is slightly stretchy, substantial, comfortable to wear and drapes well.

Uses:

Ideal for jumpers, cardigans, dresses, skirts, loungewear, hats and neck warmers. It’s perfect for comfortable, everyday outfits.

Recommended needles:

For sewing knitted fabrics, we recommend knitted fabric needles (jersey or stretch) in sizes 70–80. These help to achieve a neat stitch without damaging the delicate fibres of the fabric.
