FABRIC WITH CUSTOM PRINT- single jersey with elastane ITY

Highest quality single bearing knit fabric (both sides of the fabric have a smooth surface structure: on the right side there are columns visible along the material, on the left side you can see the crosswise running knit stitches) with elastane.

The fabric is exceptionally smooth, elastic, with a good grip, similar to cotton to the touch. It belongs to a new generation of materials with the use of twisted polyester fiber.

Jersey ITY is a high-quality fabric made of synthetic fibers. It is thanks to them that the material has its properties, for which it is appreciated all over the world. The material to the touch is very similar to cotton, and the production process is similar to the production of knitted cotton - polyester is cut and twisted in the same way.

ITY stands for interlock twisted yarn, which makes the fabric cool, flowing, elastic and incredibly soft to the touch. It allows the skin to breathe and fits perfectly on the body. It does not scratch or rub the skin, nor does it crease easily.

Printing is imperceptible on the surface of the fabric. Thanks to the use of polyester, the material is ideal for printing all dark and highly saturated patterns, and the print is resistant to abrasion.

The fabric is perfect for all kinds of t-shirts, blouses, dresses. Knitwear can also be used for thin neck warmers, scarves and caps.

The fabric is entirely made in Poland.

AND NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT: How to prepare a file for printing on the material?

We accept files in .jpg, .png, .tiff formats (with LZW compression), the file should have layers connected and fonts converted to curves/rasterized.

The file should have: a minimum of 150 DPI (300 DPI is better quality but larger file sizes), their size cannot exceed 10,000 x 10,000 px, and their weight cannot exceed 25 MB.
Before uploading a pattern, make sure there are no pixels or unwanted elements
because we do not interfere with the files and print them as we receive them (and in accordance with the settings in the order).
We print patterns on materials in the CMYK (for polyester) or RGB (for cotton) color palette.
(for CMYK black 60/40/40/100 or 40/40/40/100 for rgb #000000)).

This is important when preparing the file for printing because the colors displayed on the monitor may differ from the colors printed on the material.

The final color of the print also varies depending on the base material on which the pattern will be printed.
We remind you that the file should be reportable (seamless graphics - the next copy on the edge will connect to the previous one) - unless the file is prepared differently on purpose.

We recommend ironing on the left side.

USE OF FABRICS WITH DARK PATTERNS: To keep the fabric in a factory-like condition for as long as possible, we recommend 30 degree delicate wash with mild detergent, without using fabric softeners.  It is also recommended to wash inside out.

In addition, due to the natural abrasion of the fabric's surface, use in products exposed to friction (e.g. trousers for young children) should be avoided.

When you buy a few pieces of fabric, you will always get it in one piece. However, for purchases over 3 meters (6 pieces) we reserve the right to deliver the fabric in sections, so if your order has to be split you will always receive more fabric than you ordered and no section is shorter than 1, 2 m.
